Most jobs need a site visit before we can price them. Soil, drainage, and access all change the work.

2. We visit the property
We walk the site with you and look at the ground, the drainage, and how we'll get equipment in.
3. You get a written bid
We send you a written bid with the scope of work, so you know what's being done and in what order.

Redline Landscape installed a complex sprinkler system at my house in South Sandpoint. Do you give quotes over the phone?
Usually not. Most jobs need a site visit first so we can see the soil, the drainage, and how we'll get equipment in. Call to talk through the job and set up a time, and you'll get a written bid after the visit.
What areas do you serve?
All of the North Idaho panhandle: Boundary, Bonner, and North Kootenai County, from Eastport, Porthill, and Good Grief down to Post Falls. We are based in Naples, Idaho.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a registered Idaho contractor (RCE-70487), we carry liability insurance, and we are bonded for septic installs. We can send a certificate of insurance on request.
Do you install septic systems?
Yes. We install both simple and complex septic systems, and we carry a bond specifically for septic work.
Do you install and repair sprinkler systems?
Yes. We install new sprinkler systems, find and fix leaks, and add zones to existing systems.
Can you do the dirt work and the landscaping on the same job?
Yes. We handle the grading, drainage, and site prep, then install the landscape, so one crew covers the whole project.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. Most of our work is residential, and we also take on light commercial jobs.
